Naturally influenced by the context of the location, the art of artists with international recognition such as Nikolay Panayotov, Larisa Ilieva and Anastas Kamburov can be seen in our space additionally. Art is involved also in the style and the technology of our work. For example in the first phase of designing "CONCEPTION " - we put Art into our work by making collages, mockups, hand-drawn sketches, while at the same time depicting our inspiration as well. Of course in social and marketing aspect, above all in this phase a thorough analysis is required. The creative process continues at a later stage with Computer Aided Design Systems - CAD (AUTOCAD, ARCHICAD, SKETCH UP). Here we are already entering the "COORDINATION " phase - the actual design, when the project is being coordinated with relevant engineering specialties, as well as with contractors and suppliers. And that is how it comes to planning, logistics and budget that are part of the implementation of the project and the final stage "CONTROL " - Project management and Design Supervision on the quality of production and performance.

Leading Team : Ivan Alexandroff – architect and designer Nadejda Dimitrova – interior and product designer Alexander Dimitrov – design manager Diana Kambourova – showroom manager Special Project Team : Francesco Lucchese & Alexandroff, architects/ designers About Ivan Alexandroff In his early period he worked at “Promproject – Architectural Group” (Sofia city) in the 70’s and after as Chief Designer of the Bulgarian Light Industry in the early 80’s. Later on as Architect of international projects in Georgia, Germany, Greece, Turkey, France, and Italy working in a team with Mr. Manolo Nunez Yanowsky, Mr. Alek Japaridze, and other architects with international career. ​ The following period he performed as self-employed different architectural and interior design projects. ​ In 2001-2003 worked in Istanbul as Interior and Product Designer for VEKO, ELASTICO and other local companies. After that period Re-starts his collaboration with Arch. Peter Bourdziev (after having worked together at PIRIN - design studio in 1980’s). Mr. Bourdziev started his career at AGROPROMPROJECT (Sofia city). Next worked at STAVOPROJECT (Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic) and at INTERPROJECT at the International Architecture Academy in Sofia. ​ The team of both leading architects and their associates continues working today on local and international architectural projects as well as on different in scale – spatial and interior design projects.

INTERIOR DESIGN // "Luxury is meaningless if there is no one to afford it" // ​ ​ In all ages, as in ours, there is someone who can afford it. But who we remember: those who created it or those who lived in it. The former are "genius". And to the second we are grateful because they have been the patrons of perfection. PANORAMA, MASTER BEDROOM The flooring, which is a Diesel-designed parquet manufactured by Berti /Diesel Living with Berti/, unites the area of the wardrobes /designed by us/, the bed /Cinova Busnelli/, and the relaxation and reading set /TONON/. The lighting is by Axolight. All products can be ordered at Interior Dada Showroom. The fully glazed dividing wall to the bathroom is divided by two columnar cabinets. These, as well as the bathroom furniture, are designed by Dada Project Studio. The materials and textures – wood, natural leather, metal, and glass – are combined in a color scheme with a "masculine taste" - Calabrian cinnamon, tobacco, and dove gray.
